Introduction to the STEP 21 model
STEP 21 is an overarching model for evaluating and assessing schoolwork and behind. This is a Hungarian system developed and piloted in real school situations.
It can be used on system, school and class levels. It has been mostly tested in class to analyse and evaluate the classroom processes, the behavior and achivements of the teacher based on 3×7 key criteria. The originality of this lesson diagnostic model lays in the fact, that these key elements are applicable for diagnostic, summative and formative functions.
Both the evaluation and developement processes are backed up by user-friendly software.
